WALKER
AND SARFF BRING IN BIG LIMITS TO WIN POOL 19
On Sunday July 22, 2007 the Illinois Bass
Federation held their fourth tournament of six on the way to a
year end Mike James memorial classic, sponsored in part by
Ranger boats and Yamaha motors. This fourth tournament was held
on the Mississippi river Pool 19 at the Dallas City ramp. Pool
19 has become a favorite of many anglers due to the amazing
fishery it has become. Water levels had rose and fallen in the
week prior to the tournament, which had many of the anglers
worrying if the unstable levels would affect the bite. On
tournament day the anglers were pleased to find out that the
bite was on and at the end of the day a lot of really nice sacks
of fish would be brought to the scales.
